Bangkok- Hua Hin Mini Bus

Featured Replies

Hi guys , I understand there is a mini bus service from Victory Monument- HH, how close is the bus stop from Nana Plaza. Thinking to stay 1 night in BKK before going to the coast...any good hotels near the bus stop, 1500-2000 price range?

I'll move this to the travel forum, you may get better answers there. If you feel there is a better place for this post just let any mod on duty know by PM.

I used to take the shuttle bus from the Dusit Thani in Bkk to the one on Chaam for 500 baht - very comfortable.

I would imagine you are better taking a hotel near Nana coz more options I would have thought, and then travelling to vic monument after checkout for the minibus to Hua Hin. Vic Monuments pretty close to Nana really, a short taxi ride, maybe 15-20 mins if you manage to avoid the traffic.

Staying at Nana is always fun.

BTS Skytrain to Victory Monument stop is 10 mins. without train change.

If you take a taxi and you don't know the area you may face a nightmarish walk around Vic Mon to find the minibus stop.

Look in HuaHin/ChaAm forum for detailed Skytrain directions.

Thanks guys :o

Get off the BTS at VM. Exit the station and at the VM end ( i.e keep giong in the same direction as the train. Go down the steps to your left, and you will see a small market area, with a road running behind it. Go through the market and onto the small road, the HH minibuses run from there, just beyond the entrance to the hospital. If memory serves me right its 180 baht, and about 2 1/2 to 3 hours
