Can any Pattaya Forum viewers suggest a good oculoplastic surgeon that can do incisor outside surgery (upper eye lid)? I have a couple name of recommended ocular surgeons in Bangkok, but do not know about Pattaya.

If you know of a doctor (his name) this is what I am looking for... not the name of a hospital or clinic. It is the doctor doing the incision not the hospital.
