Visit To Koh Chang

Featured Replies

i have been in and out of Thailand many times over the last 10 years,

The majority of my time has been spent in the more tourist areas such as Chang mai, samui and phuket. This new year i have a few spare days, so i was thinking of dropping into kho chang for a few days. I will be travelling alone however i would like to be in a place that is not too quiet , although i am not looking for a pattaya type of place. I have freinds in Samui but i am a little fed up of returning to the same places year after year. Could anyone give me a bit of advise on this destination. ( much appreciated)

head for white sands beach area.

It's not that busy but has most of what you want on the island. Beach is probably the best too.

Agree with the above...if you're used to Phuket and Samui anywhere else on KC will be a bit basic/quiet...

Enjoy your trip... :o

Its a beautiful place, go now before its ruined.

Nature and relaxation are the attractions.

Seafood BBQ on the beach, cold beer in a hammock and I remember a bar with a band doing Doors covers right near where Cookie bungalows used to be.
