Just checking to see if there have been any recent changes to Extensions of this Visa while in the Kingdom

Can a Non Immigrant "o" 90 day single entry Visa .... Still be extended by 60 days at Immigration office in Bangkok for 1900bt while my wife accompanies me

and are there any other requirements to this extension needed ie Financial info.

Yes you can still get the 60 day extension. No financial proof needed.

The 60 day extension is available.

Copies of your passport data page, visa, entry stamp, departure card and marriage certificate will be required as well as signed copies of your wife's ID and housebook.

Evidence of your address may also be needed.

The fee is 1900 Bht.

My wife is registered as living in Thailand with her Thai Passport but she is not from Bangkok

do you mean that my extension needs to be made from her home town or village?

You have to apply for the extension at the office that cover the area of the address you put on the application. It doesn't matter where your wife is registered but you need a copy of her house book. The may also ask for proof of address.
