ANA To Launch Daily Direct Flights to Cambodia Next Year

All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd., a major Tokyo-based Airlines company known as ANA, will launch its daily direct flight to Cambodia in 2016.

This information was revealed during a meeting here on Dec. 25 between H.E. Mao Havannal, Secretary of State for Civil Aviation, and a visiting ANA delegation led by its General Manager Mr. Hiroshi Terai and Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Kumamaru Yuji, according to the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation’s press release.

H.E. Mao Havannal expressed his support to the upcoming direct flight between the two countries, recalling that both sides have already reached a deal on air services.

Cambodia-Japan direct flight is an initiative of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen in order to promote tourism, trade and investment between the two nations.
