Wanted to know if the agents commission is in the asking price. Or is that extra on the sale.

Well, If your the buyer, No sales commission. You pay only the price to be paid for the property unless you agreed to pay the commission, then its on top of that.

If your the seller, then you receive the sales price less the commission (usually 3% but can be higher or lower....depending what you agreed too)
