December 30, 201510 yr In NongBuaLamPhu last year my outside thermometer registered a lowest 11 C temperature one morning at 5 a.m. most others being around 14 C. Hasn't gone below 16 C so far this season. Being quite close to the high hills sometimes the wind sweeping down does decrease temperature a little so without that it could be warmer.
