What type of sim to use in smartphone ?

Featured Replies

I bought my 1st Smartphone yesterday and was sold a std AIS phone sim. I am concerned that it should have an AIS Net Sim.

Could somene help me out here and tell me which one I should be using. Are there any advantages or problems using either one ?

No problems...you can change to any plan on any sim at any time......either by using codes from your phone, visit to Telewiz store or calling customer service.

Thanks a lot for that info. I do have to go to the local AIS office to change the sim to put into the new one which takes dual sims and keep the same number from another phone and will check that out then.

Before you go to the shop, Take a look at AIS customer service online and try to narrow down just what kind of service do you want. Voice only? 3G? 4G if your new phone supports it? How many gb of data? Plans run from B199 a month on up depending on the data you need.

It can be difficult in a crowded shop with a non-fluent agent to decide these things so a little advance preparation might spare you confusion and save a bit of money.
