jimdob01
Many of the older condos had higher ceilings. Some owners have installed lowered ceilings in order to install more modern lighting systems. The added benefit is that with less cubic volume of space, the air conditioning bills were reduced. whitemouse
To install a 10ft pole in a bed room, so a visitor could slide up and down on it seems ufair to ladies, aren't they exhausted already, doing it all night at work. Why not let them lay down, and offer them a nice drink instead! And you can spend the money that you saved not buying the pole on drinks. Pole alone is probably not very expensive, but raising the sealing in a condo may bring down the whole building, some of those concrete panels are structural, you know

GOLDBUGGY
First of all an extra 0.5 Meters added to your roof adds about 20% more space to cool down in a 65 square meter condo. In other words to keep your room at the same cool temperature your need to spend 20% more on your electric bill which could run you anywhere between an extra 600 to 1,000 Baht a month. I also found that most condos are poorly insulated so the air-cons they have installed are barely big enough as it is most times. Secondly, with all the local gyms around and available, and many condos offer exercise rooms, why you would want your small condo cluttered with junk like with a Weight Set? As you said, they are small enough as it is already. Find a condo with an exercise room and you will save money and room and also have more and better equipment to use. . Thirdly, you won't find a Bar Girl willing to dance for you in your condo for the price you are willing to pay them. Even if you could I don't think you will find too many people in the condo happy about you playing loud music every night at 2 or 3 in the morning. That will just get you kicked out. Pole and all. Better to watch them do there Pole Dance at the bar for the price of a beer then it is to bring them home to do that.
CHdiver
Instead of a Stripper Pole, install a Swing. With a Swing a low Ceiling should not be a problem and you can use the Swing for different activities to entertain yourself and your guests. Yeah, why not go full Pulp Fiction, and have a cage and a specially made box to keep your guest in.
