HANOI - Mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam's textile and garment industry have increased, in a bid to take advantage of free trade agreements, especially the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), experts said.

Pattaya Police investigate viral Facebook toilet sex video

In Egypt, 15 drown after rural ferry sinks in Nile River

CAIRO (AP) — Egyptian search parties on Friday recovered an elderly man's body from the Nile River, bringing the death toll to 15 from the sinking of a small ferryboat on New Year's Eve, officials said. Two more people believed to have been on the boat were still missing.

Saudi beheadings soar in 2015 under discretionary rulings

North Korean leader talks war but doesn't comment on nukes
