Srikcir Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) I wonder if the ISOC Deputy Director has been monitoring unusual situations and giving priority to preventive measures after arrest warrants were issued in 2015 against four mid-level officers from ISOC for human trafficking in the South? Just because there were no incidents does not necessarily mean that members of the public were any more vigilant than normal, or that preventative measures were successful!
