We are about to sell our company to a buyer who has a different direction and different line of products.

1. Do we need to pay employees severance payment even if we offer them to continue to work for the "new" company? The office and equipment will be the same, the company is the same, but they will have to learn some new skills and sell different kinds of products and services.

2. One employee was hired on on 5th of March, starting with a 3 month probation period. This March it will be the 3rd year for this employee if we count from probation start. Or do we count from when he/she got hired, that is from the 5th of June?

3. How many holidays (not public holidays included) are Thais entitled to per year? One of our staff claimed it is 6 days. I have never heard of that, is it true?
