Tax payers (the Govt) are already in debt, they can't afford, and are now suppose to borrow more money (raise the deficit) to accomodate non citizens. You'll self destruct, be unable to support your own, but trying to save the world. People, tax payers, govts, need to live within their means. They are not, and the debt is unsustainable already. Adding to it, is suicidal.
