JERUSALEM: -- An Israeli reporter has been stabbed in the back by the president of a body armour company.

The journalist donned the protection and allowed the manufacturer to demonstrate the product.

The blade pierced the garment.

The reporter was not seriously hurt.

Maybe testing on a dummy would have been a better idea...oh wait...

They did test it on a dummy, otherwise how do you explain that no one thought about using

a dummy...

ooops

how stupid is this journalist?

If I was writing this article I think I would have suggested that the boss of this company would be the one getting stabbed to show his confidence in his own product.

I remember reading about something like this happening 30 years ago. To my recollection, it was a convention hosted by Soldier of Fortune magazine in Nevada. One of the vendors made bullet proof vests. He had such faith in his product that he was willing to be shot with an AK-47, while wearing it. He was wanting volunteers to fire the weapon, but he could get no one to do it. Finally one of the attendees had him take off the vest. He hung the vest over a wooden post, stepped back and fired. The bullet went thru both vest and post.

Too funny. laugh.pngclap2.gifcheesy.gif

usually thought it was the other way round.. anyway, great demonstration of his shitty product.
