Non Immigrant B Enter Before Date HELP

Featured Replies

My 1 Year Multiple B Visa was issued 12 January 2015, the Enter Before Date on the Visa is 11 January 2016. I am presently overseas and cannot renew my visa as the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs is actually closed here until 11 January 2016. If I get a flight back into Bangkok on 9 January will I get a stamp allowing me to stay passed the 11 January Enter Before Date. I do not want to risk waiting and possibly not getting my Visa renewed here. Just trying to give myself a little breathing room . Thanks for any help

As long as you do an entry on or before the enter before date you will get a new 90 day entry.

The enter before date is just that it does not limit the amount of time you can be in the country.
