It's the first time I'm using a re-entry permit.

As I recall the TM6 entry card requires info about the visa.

My silly question is:

What do I fill in there?

a. info about the original visa (Non-O issued 8 years ago)

or

b. info about the latest renewal stamp

or

c. info about the re-entry permit?

I don't like to face a delay at the imm counter because off wrong info on the TM6 card.

Always check that the officer stamp you in with the correct expiry date!

About checking the entry stamp; I've learnt that the hard way. Some ten years ago I arrived on a Non-O and was stamped in for 30 days. In those days it was a hassle to have it corrected at Suan Plu.
