Residents complain about Gentleman’s Club Sign on Temple Wall in Jomtien

PATTAYA: -- The local authorities received complaints on Tuesday regarding a sign which was attached to a Temple wall in Jomtien which residents deem to be unsuitable due to its proximity to the Temple and a nearby School.

The sign depicts a silhouette of a woman, including all the natural curves you would expect to see on a woman either wearing no clothes or very little. The sign is attached to the front wall of the Boonganjanaram Temple on the Sukhumvit Road and is also meters away from a nearby School.

Even I have to agree with this one.

It just looks awful. Not sinful...but tacky.

Only in Pattaya .

Very funny, thumbsup.gif

Yes, get it moved, what were they thinking !!!!!!! wai2.gif

They should move it to another location - a school for example...... Just as long as it is not an ad for ciggies and alcohol

More than likely the temple will be collecting a monthly income for allowing that and the many other advertising signs.

Should take it down based on "false advertising" if for no other reason... "Gentlemen"? Really?

Only in Pattaya .

Been there for years.

If that is on the temple wall, I can only imagine what lies beyond the wall..

Could all be about money, that would be unusual here in Thailand.

The place sure needs signs, remember when it first opened,

took ages to find it , and i live just round the corner !!!!!!!! wai2.gif

look at the roof on that gentleman's club. it must have cost a fortune. i wonder what the inside looks like?

Removed an off topic post and the replies to it.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
