Perhaps they could suggest:

- Nepotism seriously illegal.

- Total restructuring of recruitment policies and processes, with, for example, jail for life for cops involved in vibrators in the pockets of candidates at police entrance exams, etc.

- Ban for life on any form of public service or aligned employment or committees etc.,for anybody (repeat anybody) convicted of malfeasance / criminal offences, etc.

- Serious public shaming for many offences committed by public servants and similar.

- Promotion based purely on displayed obvious capability and displayed high past performance for say 3 years.

- All recruitment and promotions to the public service or aligned employment of committees etc., subject to a random check (say 40%) by an independent audit committee which is selected by public vote and members have a maximum service period, which must publish it's findings in a number of newspapers etc., twice a year. The process to select / elect members published in detail in regard to each candidate to join this committee.

- For any charges laid for any Thai citizen there is no statute of limitations, those who have fled abroad have 60 days to return to attend initial case hearings, if they don't turn up the case proceeds automatically and they cannot submit evidence through any type of proxy. And in such cases there is a legal requirement that evidence presented must be published quickly in detail in simple language and with simple but correct legal interpretations.
