What is the best place to get a new visa with multiple entries?
I have been in Thailand for almost 9 months now(3x entry+3x extension) and few months 2 years ago too. I have 2 visas in my passport, one with 2 entries other with 3.
Does someone have any experience what will happen when I get to immigration with 3rd visa in this short period of time? On my last entry I had problems on immigration when I said my reason for stay is holiday they obviously didnt belive me and I also didnt have an onward plane ticket so I had to buy it there on immigration with like 3 people watching me lol.

Can someone give me some advice on this please.

If you arrive with a valid visa there will be no problem

You should not have a problem entering if you get another tourist visa. Be aware though that you will not get a 2 or 3 entry visa anymore. Only single entry and the new multiple entry tourist visa are available now.

Was your problem with immigration at an airport or a border crossing. If you had 20k baht in cash to show they would not of asked for the ticket out.

I arrived in Phuket Airport and they never asked me to show any money. They asked me what I was doing here for so long, I said I was on a holiday. They obviously didnt belive me and asked me for an onward ticket that I didnt have(that was very stupid of me), so they told me to buy a ticket there and then they barely let me in after 3-4 of them were discussing it for few min.

The "best place" to obtain a visa is from a Thai Embassy/Consulate prior to arriving.

Nearby locations are Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos.and Penang Malaysia to get a single entry tourist visa.
