How many long term overstayers have suddenly found the moral courage and money to sort their situation out. One does wonder if it would have been such a rush to the border if the new blacklisting was not just round the corner ?

For sure I am 1. Have to admit I was afraid, didn't intentionally overstay but after knowing it is too late and live on with it. Been trying to looked for ways to clear it in Thailand and even got scammed 15,000THB by an Indian man Malaysian. Who knows everything about visa rule but end up being a con. So my advice is do it yourself or be sorry. Have to take this chance to thank the Thai Goverment for giving the grace time to clear this I believe its more than enough time for someone who really want to make things right to find the money and make the exit. No one can hide forever even for me Asian Chinese looking. Speaks very fluent Thai*most thai was shock to know that I'm not. I live the way Thai people lives. Except I don't work. Even then I feel I need to do it. So i urge everyone that overstay clear it ASAP. There will be people out there laughing at you but be assured that you are not alone.
