As the title suggests I am wondering if anyone on the ground can suggest any bars along Sukhumvit that play a lot of Classic Rock music? Live too if possible.

The only bar I can think of that only plays classic rock with a live band is Five Star in soi Cowboy.

Not sure of the name. But on corner of Soi Asoke and Soi Cowboy I know they have classic rock live. Maybe the name is Five Star. I forgot the name.

Probably easier to find one that doesn't. Another rendition of Hotel California, anyone?

As to live music, Bangkok Beat have a live band every night. The usual heard-it-a-thousand-times-before fodder like Another Million Bricks In The Wall.

Two bars on the corner of Asoke and Cowboy are Corner Bar and Country Road. Both have live bands playing rock music. Five Star is just next door to Country Road, and plays heavier rock. All three bars are well worth a look.

I believe it's separate. It was there long before Terminal 21.

Be very careful with your drinks in Country Road....they use all kinds of filthy cheap liquor.
