i eat greens about 3/6 meals that i eat per day.

the convenience of a Costco or wholesale type place is lacked

Do they sell wholesale/bulk frozen vegetables (1-3+ lbs each) in thailand ?

At tesco and big c they only carry small bags which is one vegetable meal for me.

Ive been so accustomed to not cooking my vegetables , so this would be helpful if anyone has a suggestion

Try Makro for large packs of fresh and frozen foods, no need to be a member to try out, just tell the checkout lady that you don't have a card.

Cash only unless you have specific Citi credit cards.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Try Makro. 10kg bags likely there. You don't need a membership, just ask the customer service desk just inside the door for a temporary membership. They will give you a plastic token/tag. They only take cash payment and have no bags so bring your own.

I buy frozen peas but that's about it. They taste like soggy little balls of @inappropriate to use that term on here too.

With the availability of fresh and wet markets why would you want frozen stuff? If time is an issue preparing I can understand, but nothing like fresh vegetables.

Plenty of short cuts around as to recipies what exactly frozen do you want to buy? Health wise, go for fresh.

Prompt responses! thank you everyone

now to find a Makro in Bangkok..

Would be looking for any fibrous vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, kale, etc ) that is frozen

I cook 6 times per day as per my fitness lifestyle, so it gets quite hectic sometimes preparing ahead of time

Makro has 2kg of some vegetables.

they have diced mixed veggies (watch the peas some are not peas they are the local variety...they have packs containing both types. Sliced carrots and corn. All of those are Arrow brand about 70 baht for a pack. They also have some New Zealand ones.

BigC sell 1kg packs of frozen veg, some of it Casino brand imported from France. The latter is often very good, especially the creamed spinach and the very small peas.

I always have some of those in my freezer, and some broccoli, carrots and sprouts from Makro.
