He was almost a goner Not really, even if the trailer had fallen on top of the pickup truck the cap would have protected the driver from this relative soft and low energy impact. Oh, I didn't see a car in front of him, traffic was moving fast in the other lanes, I thought he was trying to figure out if he needed to take the exit on his left.
