I walked around MBK and saw none but then walked to Sukhumvit Road where it seemed every pharmacy I passed except Boots and Watsons was selling the same 2 models of Omron. He sells them, but only expensive models in most pharmacies because not sell many. Said go to a pharmacy near a hospital for 500 baht machine, or order on AliExpress with free shipping.
