I actually get a form entitled " Application for Substitute of Certificate of Residence " I don't have a Certificate of Residency yet and I need one for banking purposes. Those are for those on permanent residency to get a residence certificate. Obviously copy passport, copy arrival card, and I was thinking of a copy of the apartment rental and receipts back for a year. Is that enough? What is the fee, and the length of time to process it?
