I guess the partners decided that lowering the price for an initial order wasn't needed either.

So it's still 3,000 baht and take yer chances...

My partners are still considering a lower minimum order for a customers first PassionBox order. I'll let you know if gets the green light.

In all fairness, this campaign is said to give something away for free, yet one has to place a 3,000 baht minimum order and then pay 390 baht to get it shipped, so I am not sure who this 245 baht “free” cheese offer is meant to appeal to.

I think a better campaign would have been something like free shipping on your first order.

By emphasize the free item you probably get mostly cheapskates who I do not think are the audience for PassionBox.

But by offering free shipping I would expect people to at least browse your products to see if there is anything of appeal, and presumably that is the goal with this promotion.

And no-one should have any quips about an offer of free shipping.

Thanks for your valuable feedback, it is all noted and we will adjust our promotions to make them more clear in the future.

Would you say a promotion that says "FREE Pepperjack cheese when you spend 3,000 baht or more" is going to be clear and less controversial?

If you said free food, free beer with every order over 10 baht it would still confuse most of the folk here. You will never win. good luck with your venture.

There was nothing ambiguous about your advertisement. The very first line stated clearly:

"FREE Vintage Pepperjack cheese (worth 245 baht) with every PassionDelivery order." WITH every PassionDelivery order.

Nothing unclear. It didn't say free cheese, period. It said 'with every order.' Same as a thousand other companies have advertised in the past in thousands of different places. Something give free if you place an order.

Just a case of ThaiVisa posters doing what they do best.

I'll have to think of a catchy title which is 110% clear in every way. Not subject to any kind of misinterpretation at all, yet which isn't too long.... easier said than done...

But, I may have good news soon if you are interested in ordering one of our popular PassionBoxes.... watch this space...

Seems clear enough to me, it's free when you make a minimum purchase, no big deal

Thread title doesn't mention anything about having to make an order.

I love stirring the pot with sponsors that "spam" the site.

Most of them eventually give up being sponsors thumbsup.gif

Mr.Smith, there would be no Thai Visa without it's sponsers !!!

Sponsors have click through ads on the site. Clickbait spam threads deserve all the negative feedback they get!!!+!

The void would be filled very quickly.

As Thai Visa appears to be full of people who think they can do a better job than the OP, and are no doubt planning to open something special with all their expertise, maybe it's my turn.

Chiang Mai has many Rimping stores, a supermarket in the basement of Festival which is excellent and a Makro with a Western focus in Hang Dong. All provide an excellent selection, perhaps Passion Deliveries would be better off targeting Isaan.

Unless they could get some Heaven on Cheese up here from Nakhon Sawan. Then I'd consider an order.

Heaven on Cheese cheese is hard to get and I cannot promise we can get any. If we could, which of their cheeses are you interested in?

We do offer incredible cheeses from Heath Farm (the vintage ones have been aged at least 2 years) and will offer some of their soft and semi soft cheeses soon. You can see our cheese offerings here http://www.passiondelivery.com/collections/cheese.
