Export Company Registration Objectives

Featured Replies

Hello Friends,

We are going to register a company with 100% thai ownership.

Our business aiming to operate following areas

Import, Export, Shipping services, Sea fright, Air freight, Transportation, Tour operator, Web Development and web Services, Real estate, IT Sales and services, advertising, marketing,

how to write a perfect company objective list?

Thank you in advance for help.

Well for starters you need your objectives written in Thai, so you will need to find an educated Thai who can write in the correct manner.

Most people pay a decent solicitor to form the company for them.

is it possible to register and get license for all these activities?

I would like to hear some feedback too, interesting one !

Just write " objective is to make a profit" in thai

Yes it is. There is a standard set of something like 24 objectives that cover just about everything, including one for having an ob ab nuad.

Specific objectives are added after the standard objectives.
