Any experiences with BaanThaiHome?

My girlfriend is looking to build a small Isaan home for her parents; after a lot of looking around, she believes BaanThai Home looks pretty good.

Has anyone here used them before? She's looking for a single firm to handle everything, rather than acting as her own project manager. Her parents will be on-site to supervise the work.

Looking @ what you get for the money there - they certainly aren't cheap.

I think you are on the right track though - get it all done by one company. There's lots of housebuilders in the area - just don't expect them all to have web sites.

Yes, they're a bit pricey, but as neither she nor I have any experience doing this sort of thing, nor any contacts who know of a firm who handle it all, she decided yesterday to go with them and signed a contract with them.
