Changwatchap Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 I've searched all along Phaholyothin rd, and lower Sukumvit, and can't find them anywhere. I'm talking about the soft fried pancakes, not the flat ones, but the juicy circular ones that need a special griddle to make. Usually with sweetcorn, chives, or coconut on top. I looked for the last 2 months and the only place I noticed them was talad rot fai, but they were 'special' ones with seafood on top. Anyone got any tips? Get onto the overhead footbridge and when you get off you are almost there. The stall is in the small triangular piece of land next to a(nother) mall.
