Wander around the streets and you should stumble across one. I used to know someone who bought felt in that area and they made key rings with it . Konini Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Both of the above are correct - Chiang Mai Plastics has squares about 30cm or 12 inches and the fabric shops have rolls of heavier duty felt, but the quality of both isn't fantastic.
