A Bangkok-based media company will shortly be signing a licensing agreement to produce a US-based magazine in Thailand. This will mean an additional 25-30 employees prior to the launch next Summer, but right now they are seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES or PERSONNEL MANAGER.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years similar experience, will have an understanding of all employment procedures and regulations, and will also have an understanding of the employee appraisals process. Experience within a 'Western' company is also considered an advantage.

English language experience, whilst desirable, is not essential. What is most important is a desire and commitment to work for a progressive and dynamic publishing company at an exciting time.
