As far as I know many of the "airport taxi" services that are widely advertised here are just private drivers using their own vehicle on a sub-contractor basis. I would imagine that most of them might be interested in quoting by the day.

It requires a Driver only...my Friend has 2 cars...minibus and other...job is for about 1 month...driver has to be available every day, even if not needed...

payment will be discussed on successful application...

^^^ I would definitely approach some of the more reputable airport taxi services and ask if they have a decent driver who would be interested. At least that way you should get someone a bit experienced and possibly a bit more reliable than average.
