The Ministry of the Interior has prepared the strategy on preventing and suppressing corruption and misconduct within the ministry, for the fiscal year of 2016.

The fiscal year of 2016 began October 1, 2016 and ends September 31, 2016. Government funding for FY 2016 was approved by the NLA in August 2015.

The Ministry is too late for this strategy!

And the ministry seems to imply that currently there are issues of corruption and misconduct within the ministry for which is only now preparing to address. Best to focus on fiscal year of 2017.
