2nd hand book shop in Pattaya for Thai language books?

Featured Replies

Hi All,

To my pleasant surprise my Thai lady has lately taken an interest in reading books and i wish to encourage her because it is a refreshing change from Thai TV soap operas stuffing her head with nonsense.

We have tried a couple of English language 2nd hand book shops that we thought may have a Thai language section but to no avail.

So my question is do you or your Thai partners know if any Thai 2nd hand book stores exist in Pattaya and if yes where they are located?

Many thanks if any replies.

Why not try this .... instead.

If you are not sure where it is - here are my simple route.

Drive up Soi Watboon from Jomtien Beach heading to Sukhamwit. On the left you will see a wet market and mini Tesco on the right.

Turn left at the next Soi after the market. Turn right at the next junction and then first left. The library signs will then point you into the complex.

My wife is and always has been an avid reader ,and now loves books by the likes of Agatha Christie etc , but we have had no luck in any of the second hand bookshops , so its always had to be new ones we have found .
