Driverless cars coming to the UK in 2017

LONDON: -- Driverless cars are seemingly all the rage these days, with trials happening all over the world. Britain said it will begin trials of driverless cars on motorways in 2017, as it moves towards its goal of allowing self-driving vehicles to take to the roads by 2020.

Petition launched to stop wild animal exploitation in Thailand’s tourist spots

PHUKET: -- Phuket-based animal welfare organization the Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) has launched an online petition to get the Prime Minister’s backing to put a stop to wild animals being used in the tourist trade in the region and other tourist destinations in Thailand.
