It looks like the BRN hasn't read chief of the government’s negotiating team General Aksara 's booklet that explains about the peace talks and developments in the Deep South. This booklet is intended by the RTM to dispel misunderstanding about the peace process.

But how can one misunderstand something that doesn't exist?

According to chief of the government’s negotiating team Gen. Aksara Kerdphol, the separatist groups would like to set the areas designated as safe zone.

Apparently, military outposts will NOT be included in any safe zone.

I guess that's progress of some sorts. wai2.gif

I thought brn's night was a Scottish thing, mind you Glasgow can be a bit gnarly too on that night, and also full of frustrated independence seekers!

The message is clear, not that it will be acknowledged, the terrorists don't give a toss who is running the country , they are not frightened by an army that intimidates uni students, so how to handle the situation , I'd be looking to the UN blue caps for some help, that solution has been placed on the table with previous administrations, saving face seems preferable than preventing lives lost.........................................................coffee1.gif .
