On line reporting any problems

Featured Replies

Good afternoon all, I am due to do my 90 day report within the next couple of weeks and thought I would have a go online. I got through to the first personal information page filled that out and clicked submit. That page disappeared and a blank page comes up and the computer just hangs nothing happens.

Is it me or the Immigration site?

Any advise appreciated.

Cheers.

Which Browser are you using and do you have a "popup" blocker active ?

Explorer and no, I will give it a try from my laptop and see if it may be the company computer system that is the problem.

A couple of users had this effect, appears in multiple threads, e.g. in the very long one:

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/812263-online-90-day-reporting-available-from-april-1st

Soon to reach 2000 posts blink.png

And there is no other idea than a technical problem with the browser.

Unfortunately this blank page could mean that the generic error message should be displayed ("... contact immigration office...").

And from here the real questions start tongue.png

I did go through the link in the Thai visa thread, does someone have the direct Immigration address? That might solve the problem by not going through the long thread.

If you mean the link you should be using this

https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

Or do you mean

Division 1 Office, Chalermprakiat Government Complex, Chaengwattana Rd., Laksi, Bangkok ?

The extranet link is the one thank you. I really don't need to go to Immigration and spend a half day driving and another half day waiting if I can avoid it. Thanks for your assistance.

Wish you good luck.

A checklist for entering data on the first page:

(from one of my previous posts, trying to catch the most frequent problems)

  • Time frame observed: two weeks to one week before due date? (as explained on the help site)
  • ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (is done automatically) !
  • Only fill fields marked with * (even leave given and middle name empty) !
  • Observe date order: day / month / year (not US format) and/or use calendar widget !
  • Nationality from drop down (results in English followed by Thai script), for US: AMERICAN/อเมริกัน, UK: BRITISH/บริติช !

One of the worst behaviors of this site:

all kinds of errors result in this same generic error message without any hint/reason explained ("...contact immigration...").
Very poor.

If you have checked the above, then there is still error potential:

  • First report after last entry?
  • New passport after last entry?
  • Entered Thailand "too long ago"?

All worked good for me took a week for the approval, but all good.

Is first report after last entry a problem?
