Harsh treatment for one day overstay.

Featured Replies

This posted on FB from one Harvey Cazales 15th March. I was under the impression that the new stricter overstay rules did not come into effect until the 20th?

" I was jailed for one month in sh*t Thailand for having a one day overstay! I was put in chains beaten tortured and had my face smashed and body molested and broken. I was kept in maximum security with murderers drug lords hiv katoys tb victims bullies and my bank acs were drained the stole everything I possessed in Thailand even my computer and phone no friends came to my aid the British embassy were completely useless and tried to get me sectioned as mad on my return to UK. I will sue the Thai govt and take my case to the human rights court in Hague.I need friends and fellow victims to help communicate with me on Facebook email. Lets screw the inhuman b**tards and give them a broadside."

Seems unlikely to me - does anyone know this fellow?

I think the British Embassy had the right idea.

You actually believe this is just for one day's overstay?

Because it is on FB doesn't mean it is true............................wink.png
