I need a new watch strap (not sure if this is the correct English term) and was quoted 750 Baht on the grtound floor of Bog C Extra. Does anyone know of any other places this can be done?

Try Jack's on Soi Buakhao. As you enter Soi Buakho from Central Pattaya Road it's the second or third shop on your left side, you'll see "Jack" or "Jack's" on the shop window.

The cost will depends on what kind of strap you want, rubber, leather, metal, etc.

They charge silly prices for watch straps .What i do is buy one of those B100 watches at the market ,and take the strap from that .
