First off, congratulations on opening your shop house. I own one of your products, enjoy it nightly, and wish you continued success.

That said, you've apparently now started charging an extra THB 1,900 for the removable cloth cover on the mattresses - previously, those were included as part of the product without additional cost. I know mine was.

So it's a bit disingenuous, IMO, to claim you are offering a discount when you've actually raised the price by about 12-25% (depending upon the base price of the product) prior to offering a "discount".

(That's just business, I know.)

We are happy you like our product. You mattress came free with a white thin inner cotton cover. This is difficult to remove and we do not recommend it. We now offer a removable thicker OUTER cover, that goes over the inner cover that yours came with. This one is easy to remove, wash and put back on. The price for the outer cover is the cost we get it from the factory. We make no profit on the outer cover but wanted to give it as an option for our customers.

We also have not raised our prices for many years, even though the factory has raised them on us 3 times.

Interesting, thank you for the clarification. It may be helpful to prospective customers to replicate that clarification on your website (maybe you have and I missed it?)

Yes they can just order the thicker outer removable cover if they want to, but will will have to send an email to place the order as the online shopping cart is only set up for the toppers and mattresses for right now.
