We are looking for a motivated C# programmer to join our team. We need someone motivated that can work mostly remotely to help us move our products forwards. This will be a challenging and rewarding job which will involve working with integrating our product to new platforms that even we don't know how to use yet. If you are good at figuring out how things work, this role is ideal for you. The applicant will have 3+ years experience in developing complex, multi-threaded Windows Desktop Applications in C# within the .NET Framework. This would include the architectural design as well as the development of the product. The applicant will have experience of UI design and working knowledge of the Dev Express Framework All applicants will need to show examples of their work. This job is for an "all rounder", we want someone a mix of technical skills, energy and enthusiasm. Core Requirements • 2 – 3 years’ experience in developing C# windows forms applications on the .NET framework, versions 2.0/3.0/3.5 and 4.0. • Strong OO and software design skills. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Good communication skills (English language) and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work to tight deadlines, remotely; with the minimum amount of supervision. Additional Requirements Any of the below skills would be advantageous • Experience working with SQL and relational databases. • Experience of working with low latency front office trading systems. • Experience of designing windows forms custom controls. • Knowledge of the .NET reflection framework. • Installation script development Initial contract period is 1 months.
