Pattaya Graffiti Boom To Hit Batman

PATTAYA: International Meeting of Styles “Unconditional Freedom” the search for the best freestyle graffiti artist will be held in Pattaya scheduled for march 26-27.

Although Pattaya has only been on the event calendar since 2014 Inernational Meeting of Styles is now celebrating its 15th anniversary.

The search for the best graffiti artist in Thailand will take place at the old Batman building on Sukhumvit Road

Khun Kittipong one of Thailand’s most famous graffiti artists, called this an exciting boost to tourism. Several famous graffiti artists and over 120 participants will take part from 15 countries including China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Australia, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Khun Kittipong added this event would allow many people to attend the viewing of street art on walls and is also a great way to celebrate the 15th anniversary as great street art is recognized around the world.

Pattaya specialises in these extreme minority sports world championships and international competitions.

Somebody must be working hard to bring them here.

Yes it's certainly excellent that in the face of wall to wall soccer andvthe crass barbarism of othet macho sports that realler, more personal sport and arts forms are promoted in Pattaya. Well done! If only we could start to eliminate the dreadful techno/electric pop from the Pattaya club scene we would have a better, more creative life hear .
