PATTAYA: -- Pattaya police vow to track down the foreigner who made a Pattaya street even dirtier by spray-painting a love note to his girlfriend.

Many motorists yesterday were perplexed by the message, imbued with both passion and grammar mistakes: “Ann, I'm love you! [sic] Come back for me! Please.”

Montri Sangwan, who works at a shop nearby, said he saw the foreigner, assumed to be from Europe

I think the words are mixed up and should read
