Processing time for Non-B Visa in Phnom Penh

The embassy is closed on Wednesday. Would it be realistic to expect to apply on Monday and pick up my visa on Tuesday?

It depends upon how much you pay an agent to get it done for you. With no agent it might be Friday before you get the visa.

So I can just go to a travel agency and have them do it for me, to be ready by the next day, like a normal 60 day tourist visa? This is for a non-b visa.

You may have to be present when the application is done but the agent can handle the expediting and pickup of it so you can get it the next day.

So it would be safe to buy a flight ticket back on Wednesday in your opinion?

A few years back I walked in the embassy and asked if I could pay for an express visa and and I was relieved of around 1.5k..I think but was able to get it next day. It's not a standard service, just tea money

In the end I ended up doing by myself. They said 3 working days, but me and the guy behind me got it in 2. The third guy I don't think was so lucky.
