A former female Head of Immigration on Phuket tried to sting me 4k for a late (their fault) 90 day OS. So yes, they can be as bad, if not worse. Just look at Snatcher and $hillary .. Being a police officer is harder than TV readers think and these ladies worked hard to get where they are.
