Renting My Condo.

I am renting out my condo to a friend in Jomthien. What does he need from me to extend his retirement extension. I have signed a lease. Given him a copy of my passport and my bluebook. I have signed both copies as well. I wont be around when it is time for him to do his extension so I want to make sure all is in order.

He may have problems at Jomtien immigration.There have been reports of them refusing proof of residence provided by a non Thai landlord, They are saying a work permit is needed.

You might want to consider doing to the rental through an agent.
