April 5, 20169 yr Mech Dara Tensions flared between military police, traffic police and local officials on Sunday over the impounding of cars alleged to have violated the Traffic Law. Chroy Changvar District Governor Khlaing Huot and district military police chief Teng Chheang were incensed after claims that district traffic police officers freed two vehicles that had been confiscated by military police for driving on the wrong side of the street. April 5, 20169 yr Note To The Government:: Issue stickers to both the Military and Police with the proper logo identifying each organisation,then when the impounding unit (either military or police) impounds a vehicle they put their stamp on said vehicle and they alone will be responsible for said vehicle. signed : I.M.
