I do not know anyone who has had this done. Everyone I know who considered it, changed their mind after learning what it entailed and the scars it would leave.

It is indicated only if there are huge folds of fat such that liposuction would leave an apron of sagging skin. Usually people with that also have generalized obesity and would get the best cosmetic result just by losing weight. People with less huge amounts of fat and any degree of skin elasticity, would be better served by liposuction.
