Lost 90 day report slip - what to do?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I usually do my 90 day report by mail but can't find my prior receipt which I normally mail in.

What's the easiest procedure to follow? I'm in Chiang Mai so wish to avoid walk-in if possible.

thanks,

W

You could try doing a report online which would be the only way to avoid going in to the office to sort out the missing receipt.

Rats - I tried several times with IE and with a chrome IE emulator and can't get the site to work.

Thanks for the reply - you are a valuable contributor here.

Maybe it is worth 300 baht to have an agent sort this out for you.

They have it in their computer system, the slip is just there to tell you the date and for memories of the old times. Do it per mail, write on the paper that you lost the old slip and include your phone number. If they don't reply you can still go at the due date to the airport office and inquire (desk in the waiting area). If they updated the notification date in the computer (which is high likely) they will simply print a new slip for you on the spot.

Not the slip is the requirement but the notification itself. So I don't see any problem.

As MadMac said, they have it in their system, just go to the office, take your passport and they will reprint you a new one free of charge.

Outcome - I was introduced to a terrific visa services agent who came to my condo to pickup my passport and returned the next day with a new 90 renewal in my passport. Due again in 90 days.

She charged 300 baht including pickup and delivery and does all other kinds of visa services in Chiang Mai. PM me for her contact info.
