No charges yet in alleged attack on councillor's daughter in Rayong

RAYONG: -- Charges have yet to be made against a man alleged to have attacked a young woman in the toilets of a Rayong pub on Wednesday morning.

The nineteen year old woman was out with friends when she said she went to the toilet just as the Soot Pub (sic) in Rachabamrung road was closing around 2am, Thairath reports.

"Ae" told police that a man she knew climbed into the toilet from a neighbouring room and attacked her. She showed Rayong police a number of scratches and cuts she said were made as she defended herself from attack.

She finally managed to flee. Her alleged assailant ran out too but was stopped by security and beaten up.

"Ae",the daughter of a well known former deputy municipal councillor, attends university in Bangkok.

Kaweewut Bunreuang of the Rayong police force said that investigations were ongoing and no charges were yet laid.

Reporters who contacted the former councillor quoted him as saying: "We will prosecute this to the full extent of the law. People should watch out at Songkran in particular and see the perils of drinking alcohol after what happened to my daughter."

Police say that Prawut Neungjaksang was identified by the teenager as the assailant using a picture on her phone.

The alleged assailant sporting injuries from being set upon by security at the pub told reports simply: "I was drunk."

How was she 'wrapped' at the time.

According to our top General, it matters.

On an entirely separate note, 'Ae' seems to attract a bit of unwanted attention, wasn't she the one groped by a Burmese in BK in another news story today.

But not to drunk to climb into her stall and try to molest her you lieing piece of s-hit!

Seemingly violently attacked and scratched clawed her way to escape, but yet took the apparent time to somehow snap a pic of the purp as she was running for her life. Hmmm....

I was drunk, OK then off you go- enjoy the rest of Songkran

It appears that some of this bad behavior could be caused by some of the programs on TV, They all show mistreatment of woman. Then there is the complete Social Media problem. Then there is the constant attitude of, it was the woman's fault because of what she was wearing. No means NO.

Some people forget, that consumption of alcohol is not an excuse for bad behavior. Tam De, Die De. Tam Shurah, die Shurah.

She was too sexy, her fault....

How was she 'wrapped' at the time.

She was in a toilet cubicle, what has how she was 'wrapped' got to do with anything.

Another young woman called 'Ae' is mollested and you asume it to be the same victim.

Go figure.
